At Cookery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen essentials; if a product doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused cookware in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
